Now is a good time for existing business clients to contact me about preparing your business tax returns.
To have sufficient time to prepare business tax returns by March 15th or April 15th, I have set the deadline for (virtual) appointments or receipt of your business tax information, signed contract, and deposit to be Monday, February 19, 2024 at 5 pm. If your tax information arrives after this date, your tax return will be put on extension, and worked on after the individual tax deadline of April 15th.
The S Corporation and Partnership filing deadline is March 15th, and the C Corporation and Estate/Trust deadline is April 15th.
Existing clients should contact us about finishing business returns that are on extension, or for preparing amended or missed tax returns from prior years. My tax practice may be full this tax season so I may not be able to take on any new business clients. If you have a referral from one of my current clients, feel free to contact me to see whether any space has opened up for me to be able to take on your business.
